I was born and grew up in Cape Town where I worked for 6 months before moving to the UK for 10 years. I initially worked as a locum in different NHS hospitals for 2 years where I was very fortunate to have learnt from some excellent clinicians.
I then moved to the Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital in 2003 and worked there until I moved back to South Africa in September 2011. I developed my skills in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic specialities in close conjunction with local consultants and was appointed Clinical Lead Physiotherapist in 2009. I am an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) trained pilates instructor.
Since moving back to Cape Town I have continued to gain experience in the musculoskeletal field. I am now enjoying working from home in Tokai in the beautiful Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
